which is best? for PVP mainly and some PVE iam going by E got more MP but N can regen MP when creatures die (is that only creatures, or players and your summons?)

Soul Reaping is activated when anything dies, friend, foe, or neutral. This includes nature spirits, minions, pets, npc's, player characters, etc etc.

For PvP though, the necro-haters are calling the shots right now, so you would be safer to take an elementalist primary if you don't like being flamed & cussed at etc.
