Primary Weapon...

Hey,

I have picked up a two handed war hammer that does damage 22-32. For some reason when I strike enemies, only 7-11 damage is being done. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Did you check to see if the weapon had a requirement.

Many weapons require a certain skill level to get the full potential out of it.

A bow may as 9-13 damage but have lvl 3markmanship to actually do that damage.

I have a nice Two Handed Hammer that I get with every character I create, due to preorder. But the problem is that it has a weapon mastery requirement and a strength requirement. therefore, unless I have warrior as one of my classes and pour points into that weapon, I won't get the full potential.

Hmm.. I'm lvl17 tho...

Your level will not matter here, it will be down to attribute points. E.G. it may req. 5 Hammer Mastery (if that even is an attrib) which means you need 5 HM to do that damage.
