weaken armor and parasitic bond?

i used this skills in the beta weekends but can't find them anymore, anyone knows where i can find them?

I know they are available early in the game, because i got them, but i don't remember where exactly. If you miss getting them via quests, just get them from the skill trainers in Post Searing, as the trainers skill selection seems to be the same ones you can get from quests.
