Has anyone found Order of the Vampire?

So far, I haven't seen this skill cast by anything. Does anyone know where to capture it?

It's everywhere in the Crystal Desert. Basically any necro monster you come across there has it.

I recommend Elona's reach, personally. The mission itself is a pain, but the impressive number of bosses in a relatively small area should make getting it easier.
