Customize UI

Hi guys, new player here. I've been looking, but can't seem to find any resources to customize the User Interface. Some basic things I'd like to do is create a 2nd chat window so I can separate spam into one and group/whispers into the other. I would also like to resize and move other windows which can be placed a little better to optimize the view area. Has anyone run across any resources like this? A link or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

Welcome to Guild Wars :D
If you click on Options --> Customize, then click on Edit Interface, you can manipulate all of your windows to your liking fairly easily.

As far as the chat window goes, I'm not sure you can create another one, but you can certainly filter out the spam. Just note that even though you turn the spam off, you can still turn it on and see what was recently said. It records it still, it just doesn't show it to you.
