Does there exist a map, or program, such that the exact necessary pathes from one outpost to the next are displayed? That would be great! Not the actual quest locations, just how to get from one outpost to the next. (Great for runners, adventurers, nonconformists, me)

Actually if you have zones definition and entry point it's pretty easy to navigate from one point to another.

In gwfreaks tool you can actually search for city/outpost (http://www.gwfreaks.com/Download.aspx) with there name and move the map to find your way. Maybe that can help you.
