@ Zyo: You sure can, goto the menu (bottom left corner) and select Customize (IIRC it's the top option). Click the edit interface button in the window that pops up and you're off to the races. You can move around and resize every aspect of your UI this way.
@ OP: I don't believe there are any other UIs that you can get for GW. If any do exist they are most deffinatly not supported by A-Net so I would not recomend using them.
I know I can resize and move some component but that's not really a skin or a UI as requested...

There is no way, as of now, that you can make a diffrent User Interface. Only possible thing right now, is to costumize it, aka make the diffrent objects bigger/smaller and place them whereever you want.
Need to costumize my aswell.. I'm still running the default o.o

How do you rotate a section? I liked the way you had your skill bar along the side, but I can't figure out how to rotate things. :/

I like the way I have mine set up, because it allows me to have pretty big things while making maximum use of the alloted space, and it also creates more space for viewing what is going on since it utilizes all sides of the screen.
One question though: Is there a way to remove the Min/Max/Close buttons?
No, unless you play in windowed mode.

lol I'd be embarrassed to show mine how I currently have it set up.
I've got all the important-to-me stuff in the most annoying places possible so I can't avoid seeing it. I used to have a problem noticing when spells wore off, when allies were dead, when a mob was casting. Now I have no excuse because I bit the bullet and put those gui elements right around the center of my screen.
anyone who likes a clear screen view would be disgusted at my gui :uhhuh:
