Gaile seems to have returned for yet another chat - this one on the heels of the announcement that character slots will be availible for purchase this summer. Huzzah, huzzah!

It also sounds like they will be fixing the book trick.

Edit: And when I say "book trick" I also mean "urn trick" as well as "keg trick" and "gear trick."

These are the first two parts. I'll get the rest up after Gaile gets back from afk and finishes her talk. =D

EDIT: Part the third. This is where Gaile talks about the temporary ladder freeze and a couple other interesting tidbits. Like Binky's Spelling Adventures!

Yeah, they had a glitch to fix. That will be in the second update I am going to post as soon as Gaile leaves.

She is still talking about a giant Gerbil emote.. She also dreams about Guild Wars like us :shocked:

Gaile appeared again today and with her she brought some very exciting news, most of which you've already heard about. Come the summer we'll be able to buy new character slots for a small fee. Also the Book trick is set to be fixed as well as a major AI overhaul after Factions is released.

You're a goldpiece short and an hour late, Mal :wink:

Glad to see that the urn trick will be fixed- no more book tanks and 5-man farming in FoW and SF! :grin:

Also nice to see that she specifically stated that Elite missions will not be monopolized by the top alliances- thanks for clearing up that rumor, Gaile.

For the purchasing of extra slots. Please Anet make it possible via a card purchasable from game stores (similar to your CoH card) for those of us without credit/debit cards.

That was my first Gaile Chat... It's incredible how fast she can type!

I'm just sad that I couldn't even have a glance at her character (there were dozens of people on her! :shocked: )...

Thanks to everyone for logging all these chats, I always try to pass on the info. to my guild. You guys are wonderfull!!
