Hi forum, i'm a long time lurker and i decided to finally subscribe to gwonline because i wanted to show you the new froggie's spot. :grin:

Nice find! I've been wondering where they would put him. I would suggest fixing it so other peoples IGN's don't show in your screenshots though. Otherwise the mods will take it down.

The Frog is an alias used by an ANet developer (we still don't know who) to pass on cryptic messages and hints about upcoming features. He used to be the only liaison between ANet and the GW community before Gaile Gray came on the scene. I do kinda miss the days of trying to figure out what new features were coming from his bizarre comments. :tongue:

Actually Gaile was here before the Frog. Although I don't think anyone was logging at that time. Anyway Gaile has been with us since before release and the Frog only appeared after release.



As for G/N Since he's got lots of Warrior skills as well as a Necro skill, I'm going to guess Warrior.

If s/he's playing in a different language I'd expect the words for Warrior and Necro would be in a different language as well. No doubt G is the first letter for whatever word Warrior is in her/his language.

Works also for French : Guerrier and I bet it would work for Spanish too. ;)

Really? Oops. :embarassed: I remember seeing Frog around a lot when I first started, but never seeing Gaile even once. Perhaps they were on at different times.

Yeah, it was quite a while after the Frog appeared that they were both on at the same time. About a month if I recall correctly....my time sense it a little woggly so I could be off.

Silly people. There is a boat there! So we can still be boat, though we havnt yet settled down. Im sure some may stay in LA, while others may find a new home in the Center.
