Hey,

I am new to the lore forum, but i was out exploring with my assasin to day trying to get a explorer title when i came accross a door. It is on the "pre searing" island and is in a very small and tight vally, so screenshots were quite hard to get. It is in the Kinya Province, leaving south from the gardens. It is a red door with a cauldron on it, so here are the screens i took, one has the mini map open, so you can see where it is.

A house put into the side of a mountain?

EDIT: So i am getting ready for HA with mjy guild in our hall and i notice a door behind out hero. Looked at it further and it is the exact same design and colour.

I remember last year, a guy was spamming in trade chat in LA, "WTB a door"

I asked him what a door was for (I was a noob back then and thought there were doors in GW), and he said it was to guard privacy.

Yeah, so now you know what it's for.

he's referring to Shing Jea Isle. i'm gonna have to vote "some guy's house"... ever notice that some of the Dwarves' houses are in ridiculous, remote locations sometimes on the Shiverpeaks? :P

First off, welcome to the Lore Forum. I'm going to have to go with "some guy's house," possibly part of Minister Cho's estate. Maybe a guard house/barracks/house for a ranking officer.

Looks like some guys house to me.

If it truly is a door in to the mountain it could be a bunker or a food storage.

Maybe it's a hermits house or something? I reckon Cantha has hermits, i mean, everywhere has a hermit or two.

Yeah but they live in places far from civilization or else I don't think they qualify as hermits.

I'd think you'd qualify as a hermit if you live in a reclusive place inside a mountain..sounds hermitish to me! :D
