Questions about Shiro

Gentlemen,

I have many questions about Shiro Tagachi:

1. What powers infused him so that his death wail resulted in the Jade Wind? He seemed to be just a normal man. All outward appearances show that, while talented in battle, he was just another warrior.

2. Why did the spirits of the mists make him an envoy? Was it his significance to Cantha's history (causing the Jade Wind) that made him "rate" enough to get the job? They wouldn't just let anyone be an envoy, I wouldn't think. Why bestow that responsibility on the murderer of the Emperor?

3. Why wasn't there a second Jade Wind when we killed him in the palace at the end of Factions? No preventative measures were taken prior to battling him to ensure that another Jade Wind wouldn't happen. This must have something to do with the answer to #1 above; whatever powers he had that caused the first one must not have been with him when he died at the end of Factions. So again, what were those powers?

1: while he Wasnt a Normal Mortal because he has learned something, that No Warrior can.... When he Sucked the Power out of the Emperor when the emperor Died, He Became More of a Demon then a Mortal, and when he was Stucked Down and Was some sec's Before his Death, He Released all this Power's and Emotion's (Madness, Revenge and Pain) in one Final Spell

2. Envoy's was Person who had did Great Sin's Likely at the level with killing the Emperor and causing the Jade Wind, While they just Thought he would get come to mind and Work with them, they just gave him his Envoy Powers

3. the Oracle and Some of his Follower's made a SHield around Shiro to cast the jade wind back and make his Body to Jade, while I think the Jade wind wasnt as powerful as the first One because Togo wasnt the Emperor, so he Got a Little Small piece of Power when he Did the Ritual with Togo
