Currently their are two factions NPC's in your guild hall, one for alliance battles and one for transfering your faction. My guild is not pvp based and as such these NPC's are useless. So how about adding the faction rewards NPC for all the non-pvp based guilds, its only fair.
While we are on the subject of Guild improvements. Why not have the flags display your guilds emblem 24-7 as currently they only show in pvp. Seems odd they are not showen as default, my guild owns my guild hall not "Red team".
Also why not include the ability to use speed enhancing skills in your Guild Hall? (Not sure if that would be technically possible.)
Or purchase a training arena addon that is placed on one of the nearby Guild Hall islands, (Where all the Guild can go to at once, unlike the training area in Isle of the nameless.) this would be more usefull to PvP players. :)
Or the option to move NPC's to better locations.
How about a Transfer Guild NPC which is much like the ambassador where you purchace the Guild Hall. But instead for a fee he can transfer the Guild to a new location. (A new guild hall if you get bored of the old one.)
I have no idea if these have been mentioned before, but I think they are good ideas.
I would love to thee the Guild Hall to be improved, especially in a PvE aspect.

Why spend money on bean cakes (Why on earth they would make your character run faster I have no idea.) when you already posses skills that do it.

But I mean more of a specific training area like Isle of the namless, with set dummies with specific armour values and a ring to test area of effects with sub arenas where you can pair off with 4x4 8x8 etc to test against guild npcs. (Obviously with no faction gain and such)

True, but why not travel to a town for your bank? Adding an NPC is for convenience, just like all the others.
I agree, we need some choices for decorations, its just lacking in that department, but I wouldent want any forced on people so an npc that adds options would be nice. :)
Another option would be to add another small island around your guild house as a games area where your guild can participate in games. (Like the festival worm thing and other small games.)

Me too.
I actually suggested last month for enabling the Guild Hall to be similar to an explorable area, you can use skills and the pets are there, and you can show off your minipets if you'd like.
Probably even an option to assign ALL of the guild (for big guild meetings) members a "side" (ally or foe), to have for example tag games where you could use speed-up skills as well as crippling skills etc.
The Guild Scrimmage with its 8vs8 is not enough, plus the NPCs are an annoyance when you can't freely explore the hall in that mode without being attacked on the "enemy side". I would like to have only the members participate.
Oh well. Can't see it happening any time soon. <.<
An explorable area would be nice, but their would be a few problems.
Not being able to re-arrange your skills/stats for a start. Though I am sure A.Net could work out something. :)
If you have a large guild that are constantly active with pets and mini pets, it would make guild halls a lag fest. Though thinking about it, realistically, no one ever has a full guild hall and very few would have pets and mini pets.
We need more guild hall improvements, though I guess A.Net has more important things on their minds at the moment.
Not sure if this has been suggested, but how about a guild trophy room/display?
