Whirling Charge does NOT work!

If no one else has discovered already, this skill does nothing. When you activate it no stance icon shows up and you see no increase in attack speed or run speed.

Are you sure you were enchanted when you activated it?

I popped an enchant on first, then used it. Skill worked fine for me. I just had a hard time doing anything because I had to commit 20 energy to it before I could do anything.

I had Vital Boon on at the time, in Zaishen Arena...

However I got it working in Random...weird.
