W/D what scythe skills???

I'm going to use my main (warrior) in Nightfall and want to have a sweet scythe and do aoe. What are some of the best scythe skills out there for just plain ol hittin and such? Just askin some of those out there who are already pro dervs.

There are at least 20 more skills for each new proffesion to come and many will be completely changed, especially for the dervish I think. So thee isnt too much point in making builds yet. Maybe have more of an idea by the PvE event...

I doubt a W/D will work that well. You'll run out of energy very quickly with only 2 pips of regen and 20 energy (more with gladiators), and you lack the ability to regain energy via Mysticism. Personally, I'd stick as a normal warrior, and go primary Dervish if you want to play as one.

I don't think he wanted to use any of the Enchantments or big energy expenditures. Actually, I think a W/D using Warrior's Endurance (for +3 energy every hit) and a scythe might actually make that elite worthwhile. Use that, tied with Penitent Strike, Eremite's Attack, Chilling Victory, and maybe Banishing Strike, and you could actually be gaining energy if you have more than 2-3 enemies around you.

Oh wow I did not even think of warriors endurance I hope I gain the energy for all the targets I hit. I was originally planning on using flourish to recharge mp and attack skills, and was liking eremite's. Will prolly use banishing for undead farming too.

Someone mentioned that they saw there is a limit to only being able to AoE up to 3 targets which I hope is not the case.

I've been thinkin 12 scythe 10+2 str 8+1 tactics at first just to see how str plays with spammin scythe attacks.

Scythes can only hit 3 targets at once, sadly.

However, imagine this.

Zealous Scythe + Warriors Endurance x 3 hits = 12 energy per attack

I MIGHT do it, but my warriors is ready for deletion (getting bored of him and he's too big to be cool).

Don't delete him! Warriors are too awesome to be deleted! Just buy more slots and wait for them to add something cool to test out.
