I was wondering if,
Gaze of Contempt~If target foe has more than 50% Health, that foe loses all Enchantments.
Recharge~20
Cast~ 2 sec
Cost~15

was any good in HA? This would most likely go on a support necro, so i was wondering if it has any playability, such as taking ALL enchants off of ghost or a protted target......Or does the cast time kill it?

Most often used by spike teams, just as Rend Enchantments used to be used.

Nearly ever elementalist spell has a longer cast time. Does that stop them?

Gaze of comtempt is generally used during a spike. I've seen it on fast cast mesmers that also use shatter delusions or engery surge/burn. Because of the fast cast time, the mesmer can still use a spike skill.

It's certainly playable, in the right build.
