I am posting on behalf of a friend since he isn't able to be online in the next few days. I know that this may be not a part of my business, but this was posted almost 2 month's ago at the GWGuru Forums.

The following link to the topic is available here - http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3067274&referrerid=&highlight=crimmson+loan

Here is a link to the user's profile - http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/member.php?u=61939

Now it is September 18th, 8 days past the actual date, and he has not been able to pay. He is although attempting to misconfront the matter by putting himself to Appear Offline and putting my friend Crimmson Flame under ignore list.

In a bit i will edit this message and provide the exact PM that will be able to prove that this transaction has taken place.

Edit: Here is the original conformation message sent to Crimmson Flame from License To Chill.

Im sure we can work out something. I am an adult and I don't scam people for online money. I play GW just for fun. Just that I have this great idea I wanna try out but are really short on cash. But I can assure you that you will get your cash back. I have candy canes worth for more than 700k cash which I can trade for the insurance. Like 150 candy canes for the cash or something, as you can check on the auctions, they are worth ~1k each and the price are rising.

I am also a member of a very serious and mature guild, the GWO. We are 1 of the 3 official guilds of the elite fansite gwonline.net

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I will speak to the other officers about this matter to decide the action to take. We had no idea re this matter and our guild rules clearly go against something like this. I'm quoting part of our guild rules below.

E. Unfair Trading Practices
This is a general policy regarding member interaction with all GW players, not just other Guild members. Do not overcharge someone for items because they are inexperienced or unaware of current item values. Profiteering from GWO members is unacceptable. The ideal scenario would be that excess items be freely given to those who need them. On the other hand, members should not expect to get everything they need for free from the Guild. All members should be self-sufficient to a degree, and generous to an even greater degree.

We'll definately have to have a look into this.

Screenshots would be much appreciated, you can PM them to me and I can post them for the rest of our officers to see.

I have this sudden feeling of those stereo-typical loan shark episodes of practically every show ever conceived (Family Guy did a great job of it lol).

On a more serious note, we'll get to the bottom of this, without having to break any bones.

Pwned. GG Jack.
?? Just in case you missed it Loth - Elyas left GWO some two-three weeks ago - thought I would clear up what appears to be a misunderstanding

And I'm happy this matter was resolved so easily. Don't hesitate to contact us Legalto if you need our help.
