Bow

Skills:
Vamp. Bite
Vamp. Touch
Offering of Blood
Whirling Defense (for timing)
Troll Unguent
Distracting Shot
Dodge
Zojun's Haste (for running and braking agro)

Strategy:
1) Upon exiting Leviathan Pits, obtain blessing from a priest.
Procede and kill as many nearby Outcasts as you deem necessary to avoid the drop nerf.

2) Run to the boss location and pull the boss with a bow. Walk 10-15 feet back, switch to touching equipment and activate Troll Unguent. As soon as the boss gets in touch range, start touching him.

When you see the boss cast Preservation, activate Whirling Defense, and destroy the spirit. Continue touching the boss until half-way recharge of Whirling, switch to bow and Distract upcoming Preservation. Switch back to touching equipment and finish off the boss.

The farm gives a 15-25k item, and lasts about 5-7 minutes. I got 3 of them in half an hour:

what weapon and offhand are you useing for that? I think thats fow's driud armor for male right?. I was just wondering what the weapons and focuses you're using for the run.

Top set: main.
Bottom set: backup, in case of running low on energy/health.

I believe the top set was about 7k (though one can have it for a lot cheaper from collectors), while the bottom set was about 15k.

P.S. BTW, I sold the three greens for a total of 57k. Not bad for an hour of work/selling.
