I'm going to assume that the skill lists available at the Preview event were more or less final, and I didn't see anything in the way of repeat skills. I didn't do an exhaustive search either, so that may not be saying much.

I cant remeber if the pre view for factions had the repeats or if they were added with release. Does anyone recall?

I don't know that they were included in the PvE part of the FPE (Factions Preview Event), but they were unlockable by means of Balthazar faction.

So in other words, yes, the repeatable skills were included in the Factions Beta.

It seems that there won't be any duplicated skills in Nightfall, which amazes me, to be honest. I wonder how Nightfall-only monks will get by (or be treated by other players) without spells like Heal Other...

It almost seems like Anet is assuming most people will have either Factions or Prophecies already and will use those as a base to play Nightfall. Or, that any first-timer buying Nightfall won't know in advance what the situation is like and will be prompted to buy Factions or Prophecies if they decide they're at a disadvantage due to lack of skills. Doesn't personally affect me since I've got both, but I'm sure it'll affect someone down the line.

They will be able to pick all core Skills + Nightfall skills
