Changing secondary profession?

Just played some NF last night, and got really excited when an NPC mentioned that we can change our secondary profession later on. Question: how far through the campaign/at what level does this happen?

Haven't got a clue.. but I kinda have a feeling it's after the point where you needed to collect 2,500 Sunspear points.
