Sunspear title count in KOABD?

I wanna ask if some knows if Sunspear title counts toward KOABD tittle.
at what level? i saw the last wiki level was Sunspear Spearmarshal at 15,000 but dont say if its maxed.

I'm at rank 8 which is 7,500 and the sunspear points aren't being given at the res shrines anymore.
Seems they have had enough of me, so getting to rank 9 looks fairly difficult for me anyways.
Not sure if others have reached rank 9 which is 15,000.
