Anyone know where the Elonian 15 attribute quests are located?

You get 15 for gaining the Second Spear rank, and another 15 for First Spear.

You do have to talk to the Sunspear Rank guy in the Sunspear hall, he'll give you the quests and rewards.

Wait.. does this mean that those Attrib Quests in the other games are suddenlty worthless, if it's so easy to get the points?

I suppose so, but to be fair, the two Factions quests were really easy aswell.

True but the leveling is slower here than factions, and the skill quests are absent unlike tyria, so its all about what is most important to you.
