I'm more interested in the "cycle begins AGAIN" part...

Abaddon sought to bring about Nightfall, which is considered the end of the world in Tyria. He was twarted, but now a new god is trying to do the same thing. The question is, who? Kormir? Then again, we do not know how much credit to place in the Mad Souls. They spew nonsense, being insane and all, and we also don't know how old the soul is or what time period he is refering to.

The question is will the new god get her own statue in TOA (tyria) or the temple cantha (I can't think of the name of the outpost right now) once the word spreads that there is a new god

It'll still take a while for the news of a "new god" to spread over all of Tyria. And ofcourse there'll be a few who won't believe it, and we'll be getting the Unseen Ones story all over again....

I think they are just talking about Kormir and it is being infused with their natural paranoia due to their latent insanity. If you spent an eternity being tortured by Abaddon, you'd naturally be hesistant to trust what you viewed as his successor.

Which yields one small, unusual detail... The creation of a monument to Kormir predates her birth by a few hundred years.

Why would you think that's Kormir? Looks nothing like her. To see a true statue of Kormir, look in the Chantry of Secrets.
