GW2 as a Operating System UI

Yeah, I know this is a bizarre idea. But I'm just tired of looking at the XP/Vista desktop, I want. I want, i want a OS UI with full immersion.

Being able to open applications such as browsers and word editors, a place for VR conferencing in full plate armor. Online shop in Kaineng Center. Keep in touch with family without having to comb your hair for the webcam. Set up a VR office for the outsourcing industry. . .

Facebook + IM on steroids.

Theres lots of UI mod tools available, but you would have to know how to script them out. Check out skinz.org or customize.org for ideas on what programs or combinations of programs you can use to do what you want. Careful, there's massive popups though. And good luck! I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Someone came up with a Warcraft 3 skin somewhere that imitates the UI. :grin:

my windows version has styles build in, maybe a good idea for your idea:P
and just for the GW feeling of getting info from minimized windows, this might be a good idea:P
