As you may have noticed, ArenaNet closed off their official forums and have been sending updates and support via Twitter. The community is always a good source of help and so if you are experiencing issues you can always check out out  our Tech support and bugs forum for some extra guidance and help.

Registering a new account is a little hit and miss at the moment with timeouts so if you are trying to setup an account then you need to persevere with it, it will take eventually.
