I ordered my copy of the Preorder package through Amazon, thinking that it would also reserve me a copy of the game when it comes out in 2005, and I would have to pay only the balance of the game minus the price for the preorder package. When I was wrong. Amazon is not part of that promotion, but I was linked to their site from Guild Wars. Guild Wars does not have costumer service number or email as far as I can see to fins out what I should do, I just wanted to warn anyone and see if anyone has had similar problems.
