Ex - EverQuest PvP server guild (sullon zek etc)

I eventually plan on getting a guild started, Id like to find some EQ PvP vets that may want to co-start, or just help form a guild. (sullon zek, rallos zek, tallon zek, vallon etc)

I was a guild leader for many years on the Sullon Zek PvP server, good alignment. Any other ex-EQ players?

I played UO back in 1999, then moved over to EQ1. Played EQ1 for about 6 years, then played EQ2. Decided EQ2 wasnt for me when they said there was no way they were implementing PvP. All in all, Ive been a guild leader for 6 years across several MMOs.

The guild's name was (perhaps still will be) "Sadness" on both EQ1 and 2. We were around for about 3 years on EQ1, diety PvP server. (for those that dont know, diety PvP was basicaly good vs neutral vs evil) Sadness was of the good alignment. We were often considered what could be known as "chaotic-good".
As hardcore and ruthless as the evils, but fighting for righteousness. The cut-throat, "no-mercy-for-the-evils" guild.

I guess we were always a family style guild, averageing about 100 members in EQ1, and about 60 in EQ2. (I know GW limits the guilds to 50 which is perfect) All really close, many of us know each other irl, either as long time friends... or via phone and email.

Im not sure how many of the original crew will be playing GW, but im hoping to bring our style to this MMO, with the help of some old school members and many new people from other games.

...Id also like to add, this is an ADULT, NO DRAMA guild. We have pretty much a zero tolerance for in-guild drama. Thats probably a good thing for most of you, but can be a deal breaker for others. Just thought I should add that.

we have messed around with D&D a bit here and there... generally we were fans of our own pen and paper RPGs... with rules based off of some off the D&D manuals.
Also I used to play the CCG Blood Wars which was a card game based on D&D rules... using thier alignment sytem. =)

As far as the guild we have about 8 IRL friends at the moment all with thier preorders, awaiting for the next (and our 1st) beta test. I have 5 PCs in my office here, so many times the core of us all play in the same room... gives a bit of an advantage. =P

Were trying to get our core together, so when beta time comes, there's already a crew at our disposal. (new guild website is in development, they should have it done this weekend.)
