Here's a link to a site that will let you take any mp3 file on your computer and turn it into a ringtone for your cell phone. Once the process is all done you can text the ringtone to your phone, or, I was told, you can download it to a memory card, if your phone supports memory cards.
Right now the site is swamped, but they said that they are working on fixing the problem and should be up and running pretty soon. Personally, I enjoy finding legal ways of making sure the higher up people don't get too rich.
