The March BWE is over but we have a lot of things to do in the next week. First, we have a lot of people that just joined the guild. We need to get them voted in. The votes on all the new members will happen in the private forum here. The private forumm now only requires a password so be sure to get it from someone. Please do not give it to the new members until we vote them in.

Also, there was some issues leading up to the weekend that need to be resolved. There is also some issues during the last couple hours of the event that need to be resolved.

A few things that I do want to point out to people. We do have a few rules for the guild. They are not adequate for the guild and need to be changed and added to. I am the first to admit they need to be. They were only a starting point to get us going. If you do not like the current rules you can either leave the guild or get them changed. I would prefer to get them changed them to have people leave. But we are going to lose more people if we do not get them changed.

We truely do not have something written down for changing rules. The only thing a few of us spoke about was an officer or leader had to write the proposal. If you a thought about a change or something, get in contact with one of us so we can get it changed.

As a reminder, here is a link to our rules(http://dii.gwonline.net/rules.html). (http://dii.gwonline.net/rules.html)

I personally always liked how Clan honor did theirs. (mandatory new rules votes every few months.) naturally we wouldnt need as many changes, but it would be a good way to keep everything in check.

of cource we cannot implement this yet as this guild itself is just starting and the game has not even been released. but maybe a couple months into GW's release we can implement a similar system where on a set date every few months we request all changes to guild rules and then hold votes on all the suggested changes.

So, when will we discuss these issues? And where?

i was wondering when we'd get around to this. I like the idea of the rules being voted on every few months but maybe it should be every month when we start out? i mean it'll help us get our foundations down abit quicker. Maybe this is supposed to be said in the private forum so i'll stop for the moment :uhhuh:

I think all of issues should have already been resolved by now.

Not weeks later.
