A bit late with this I know, but better late than never.

The first bug I experienced was in the Crypts on the first Mesmer mission where you have to kill the Dark Fiend (I think). I was getting along fine until the last set of stairs befor the Dark Fiend. I clicked just past the corpse of the dead Scorpion at the foot of the stairs, just past the lava pit, and as my character ran down the stairs I fell straight through, hit the Lava Pit and bit the dust. I did not get any screen shots unfortunately.

The next bug I experienced was, I believe, in the Lakeside area. I ran down the incline and over the bridge (see this link: http://user.fundy.net/dow/Guild%20Wars/gw002.jpg) and once through the "hazy" area the screen load came up and all was ok. The problem happened when I tried crossing back over. The area did not load and I ran into the "end of the world" (see this link: http://user.fundy.net/dow/Guild%20Wars/gw006.jpg)

I had to go back over the bridge two more times before the area properly loaded for me....very frustrating.

I also had some quests that were not showing the green arrows as to where to go. The main one I remember having a problem with was Foibles Fair.

For your problems with the map, is it possible that it is your video card? What are your system specs? I kknow my sisters comp does stuff like that, but it's because her video card isn't that great.

As it is a beta, not all of the quests are fully finished yet. Also, some quests don't have arrows, because you need to figure some of it out for yourself... :p

Though I don't have a "high end" system...

Intel P3 - 733 Mhz
80 Gig HD
20 Gig HD
511 MB RAM
9200 125MB PCI ATI Radeon

I have no other gameplay problems whatsoever. All other Zones load properly except for that one time. The BWE comming up I will "test" again this perticular Zone to see if it seems to load ok.

I found that if you run up either side of the bridge, you "miss" the portal, since the "'hazy' area" does not actually extend to either edge.

I see it's been a while since this thread got a post, but this STILL takes place. They haven't closed the areas around some portals which allows you to slip through and reach the end of the world. It's likely that with Factions there will be a whole new host of portals with paths to avoid them.

As this topic got awaken I will add my experience from not so long ago.

Once after an unsuccesfull 'fight from Beacon's to Drok's' we ressed at the shrine near Beacon's. All but me and one other member left through map travel. Then I walked to Beacon's, but somehow I just got past the portal and could walk in the outpost and on its northside, still being in the instance south of Beacon's. This should be checked too.

I addition to this I'll add that just reciently (within the last week) I've noticed my toons "falling" through bridges again. I've seen this happen in Majesties Rest and in the Forge.

I have had the bridge problem too lately, althogh I believed it has been in the game the whole time. Just yesterday the rightmost bridge crossing the river in Talmark Wilderness bugged.
