The Calenathrim is an established guild started two years ago as a Middle-Earth Online kinship. In the process of waiting for release of MEO we are branching out to include other games such as Guild Wars and World of Warcraft. If you are looking for a reputable guild with mature players and a place to call home with a family type atmosphere then please visit us at our website/forums.

If you are interested in joining please familiarize yourself with our CoC (http://calenathrim.com/viewtopic.php?t=39). Once you have done that then you may Submit an Application (http://calenathrim.com/template.php?page=2).
The application is set up for those who are joining the MEO chapter and if you are interested in that as well by all means fill it out completely if you are only planning on joining us for the GW chapter then just the basics is required. i.e., Char Name, What skill, talent or personality traits can you bring to the Kinship?, and the last two sections concerning info about you. I am looking forward to hearing from those interested.

It has been brought to my attention that I forgot to include our guild tag. The guild tag for the Calenathrim is EoM (Elves of Mirkwood).

Thats an intereting tag ;) I love LoTR. Question though: How did you get that tag from Calenathrim?

Originally our Kinship/guild was called Elves of Mirkwood (for a year and a half). But then Turbine/MEO announced that no names from the story line could be used in game for either character or kinship, i.e. Mirkwood. So we went about the task of creating an original Sindarin (Elven) name that would represent our kinship well. Calenathrim means Green shade people. Close enough don't you think. So when I was setting up the guild in GW and it asked me for the tag I thought EoM. Easier than trying to come up with something that represents Calenathrim an sounds fine to boot. :)
