I've read in several places that there are several publications that are sporting GW beta event keys. Can anyone confirm this, and if so, can anyone provide the names of said publications?

Yes, computer games magazine printed a beta pass in their december 2004 issue, if you still want one try going into EB games and looking on the magazine rack, they are notorious for not updating the magazines!

It is important to note, however, that ArenaNet stated there would be no beta keys given to magazines for this currently running BWE (or the previous one for that matter). Only pre-order and friends keys will work if you want to play this weekend.
