problem with cd key

OK.. heres my situation i ordered the prelease along with the full game back in december (50$) and i got the beta key that i used thru the beta weekend now on friday after the down time my key isnt working and i havent received the game itself. Has this happened to anyone else or am i just a dumbass for paying the 50$ in the begining....o and if it helps i got it from gamestop.com plz reply im freaking pulling my hair out becuase i cant play.

all u have to do is change a couple of digits!!!i did it and it finally worked...u gotta try everyway..the 6s look like 9s and 8s ....the 9s look like 6s ..lol..they screwed up when they did that...just keep trying different variations with the 8s 9s and 6s...ur bound to get something to work right!! :clap:
