A great skill to use against warriors is Throw Dirt - Target touched foe and foes adjacent to your target become blinded for 3-13 seconds. I usually follow up that skill with healing spring if I'm low on health.

Thanks, i have a few motre questions if u can answer that woudl be great, im Ranger/E and i dont know if i shoudl suse fire or go to lightning(air magic) because fire is mostly aoe and doesnt work well in pvp since people move out of it do you think i should just take out my Points in fire and put them in air?

Pin down, Penetrating shot, and poison\fire\bleeding DoT from wilderness survival, or armour ignoring or penetrating skills from ele side. Throw dirt has a long reset so I wouldnt rely on it, blinding flash in air magic is better, and Air magic generally has good armour penetration. Earth magic has some good anti-melee buffs and armour ignoring spells. Fire magic doesnt have much going to complement ranger, but kindle\ignite arrows would work well with mark of rodgort. And Water magic has a few nice hexes to keep them away from you.

You must remember that ranger has low mana and cant use elemental as the source of damage. It should be rather support/defensive class.

Viri is right on this one. It is insanely easy as a ranger to run out of energy using your secondary skills (mesmer and elementalist especially). Keep that in mind, especially now that they changed all the Conjure skills, I personally am still looking for an excellent build that uses R/E combination.

As for your first question, Throw Dirt is insanely useful. Throw it on someone attacking you or someone attacking someone on your team. You will find that you use it constantly. If you are worried about warriors, use dodges. Lightning Reflexes and Whirling Defense would likely be skills of choice for you, with Lightning's increased attack speed and Whirling's long duration, you should be well off.
