Attribute Point Quests?

I just finished a quest in the desert that gave me 15 attribute points. Now I am at lvl 20 and I seem to be missing 15 attribute points. Does anyone else know of any other attribute point quests? I think having quests effect your PVP abilities is a HORRIBLE idea btw. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! hehe.

Where and what is the first attribute quest? I cant seem to find it.

Just do any of the "The (insert profession here) way" quest. When you arrive at draknor's forge, talk with vanyi, she`ll give you another 5000 exp 15 points attribute quest.

Firstly you need to go to Destiny's gorge. At that place you`ll meet someone who want you to find something like "the wanderer". You can meet him here.

After you meet him. That "wanderer" will give you another quest which the reward are 1500 exp and 15 attribute points.
