where do i get geomancer armor?

i read in the guide that you can get geomancer armor in ascalon. anyone know where? or when's the soonest i can get it? thanks for the help. all the armorers in ascalon city and every where else i've been in ascalon are only selling pyromancer and basic elementalist armor.

there is a Crafter just outside of Fisherman's Haven.. 57 armor but it will cast you..
