I was curious if there is a general rule for hexes stacking? Do they at all or are there some that do?

All hexes stack except 2 identical ones. If you cast the same hex twice on a target, the second one overrides the first. All different hexes stack their effects though.

While on the topic, its worth noteing that if your useing degenerative hexes, you can plop down a maximum of 10 degenerative arrows on a target.

If the accumulative total of your skills is more than 10 degneration, you will only effect them with 10 degeneration.
