OK, guys. I have made this thread for one purpose and one purpose alone: to end the confusion. Anyone who finds out where a skill is should post it in this thread in this form:
Name of skill - Location - NPC Name(s) - Quest

Since I lost track of all the other skills i've already gotten, this is the only one kno i know for certain.

SKILL: LIGHTNING STRIKE
LOCATION: BEACON'S PEARCH
NPC: THE ONLY ONE THERE
QUEST: U FEED JOE (A BIG FAT SCORPION) 10 ______ MEATS

Guys,
I've seen so many threads in this forum about getting skills and where are the skills. It is always better to post in an existing thread than to make a new one. I mean, when there are multiple threads of "where to find ele skills" on the first page, that isnt looking too hard. GWOnline is hard at work finding skill locations i'm sure, so until that day when their list is complete, lets watch these duplicate threads as well as the bumping. Once this forum gets a moderator, i'm sure he/she will make a sticky for this.

undead, thats the exact reason i made this thread. so ppl could post here instead of making there own. not because im looking for this skill or that skill. please dont overlook my good intentions as another noob thread. "No good deed goes unpunished", i guess.
Keep posting those skills, guys! its alot of help to many players out there!
