Lightning Orb - Quarrel Falls (Skill trainer)
Lightning Strike - Yaks Bend (Skill trainer)
Enervating Charge - Yaks Bend (Skill trainer) *Unsure if this is where I got it from
Whirlwind - Lions Arch (Skill Trainer) *Unsure if this is where I got it from

Again, lets make this a informative thread to help fellow Air/Lightning enthusiasts. If I have something wrong do let me know but I know that the first four are right. The last 3 may have the areas mixed up.

You can get whirlwind long before Lions Arch through a quest in Yaks Bend from Howland the elementalist

I believe I remember seeing Enervating Charge on sale for me at the skill trainer at the Courthouse. It was the only one I didn't get at the time so I know it's still there ^_^

Skill trainer at Yak's Bend doesnt teach "lightning strike". Anyone knowing where i can find this skill?
