Armor Crafter Location

Im level 7 Necromancer and i think it's time to get better equipment, but where? I know that you have to gather the required materials and take it to an Armor Crafter, but where is one? Near Ascalon City?? A Fort?? Thanks for the help!

If you go to the real world, you will arrive in the Ascalon 2 years later.
There you can find a armour shop, who sells that stuff.
Just walk a little east, i guess
