Elite Skills - Where have you found them?

I'm pretty sure you need to steal them off bosses now. I haven't found them in any of the zones I've been to or quests. Some in particular I'd like to find are:

Life Transfer
Plague Signet

It would be great if we could start posting what boss and where we found them to help necros out. We seem to be an underdog/underplayed class already.

Life transfer is available to capture in what I assume to be the penultimate mission. You will probably want to re-run a couple of quests first to get more 'boosted' armour...
