Minimum requirements

I played City of Heroes which had the same min. requirements with my

P3 730 mhz
512 133mhz ram
Ati Raedeon 9200 128

does anyone think this game will function as well since it ran COH with average visual settings?

My system is almost exactly the same (733 mhz vs 730mhz) and I'm running Guild Wars no problems at all.
