Ranger Question: Where is Double Shot?

I thought Double Shot would be a starting skill. I am currently a Ranger, level 4 and I only have Troll unguent and Power Shot. Does anyone knows where to get the other starting skills?

There are two more master rangers and one of them will give you the dual shot. One is North East of Master Ranger Nente (forgot what his name) and the other one, Aidan, is South of the fishing village.
