bear skin

how do i find a bear skin for the quest where im told wizards folly is good for bears.

ive killed 7 or 8 black bears but no bear skin yet.


any help would be most appreciative.

ugh, I just destroyed one. I wish I'd have read this first.

I think you just have to keep killing, I went to a different area but I can't remember it's pre-sear name. It's over by the cave where the egg quest was but south.

I'm pretty sure you can get it in Wizards though, just keep killing.

Jugan RyuseiI have had the same, Jugan. Unfortunately it is down to an element of randomness. I have been through the area (just through the portal to Wizards Folly from Ashford Village), killing up to a dozen Black Bears and yet not a Bear Skin will drop! Yet other times going through I will end-up with 2-3 Bear Skins in my Invent! So, try it again a couple of times.
You don't have to go too far deep westward before you can 'drop' a few. If unsuccessfull, re-enter the portal, come back into Wizards Folly, rinse and repeat. ;)
