vampiric hammer haft
life stealing:1
health regeneration-1

So if I use it, I will be losing a bit of health every second, but get some life when I hit someone. Is that right?

yes... ull get a -1 pip but when u hit someone u gain one

you not only just gain a pip of life. They lose a pip of life each time too.

IMO its seems pretty useless. Itd make a nice combo with mending tho.

I have a Vampiric Sword Hilt. It steals 2 life per hit and -1 health regeneration. To be honest I don't like it.

I *HAVE* to use mending or else I am constantly losing health, and instead of +2 Health Regeneration from Mending I only get +1. I may get 2 life per hit in combat but I personally think I get more from that extra point of health regeneration.

If I were to steal 6 to 10 health then I might consider it a better deal, but as it stands I'm not very satisfied.

My advise is just to sell it. If your mending gets dispelled you start degenerating. Not worth it in my opinion.

Yeah it sucks, especially further on when you get conjure phantism on you and bleed and poison, theat -1 pip will mess u up, i sell them or salvage some iron.

if you want health on attacking, there's the live vicariously skill (monk - const ench) + vigorous spirit(5 energy, 4 sec recharge, 30 second ench) that can work even better

So the vampiric stuff actually causes health degeneration? I thought it was just that you lost 1 pip of health regen. Meaning, you don't actually lose health, you just don't regen as fast. Am I misunderstanding? I'll actually be losing health during battle if I'm not hitting?

Vampiric stuff is only good if its at Life Steal 3 or better and Health regen -1.Anything less is completely worthless.And when you're not fighting you will have to switch weapons so you won't be losing health while running.That really bites.But the one you have is so completely worthless for you,just sell it.Get a better one.

Losing 1 pip of health regeneration is health degeneration. No character regen health naturally (unless you stay away from fight)... of course, if you think you can manage with Mending, (+2 pip instead of +3) go ahead with vampiric and take it off when out of battle or when you get your enchantment shattered.
