Where to buy armor?

When i read the armor craft listing on gwonline i can see that armor exist in 3 price categories the 150gp, 400gp and 1500gp. Im currently wearing a full armor bought at 150gp a piece.

Where does a ranger buy the expensive 1500gp armor? do i have to buy a complete 400gp armor first? or do i need to be level 20?

The 1500 armor is first available at Droknar's Forge, which you get to after Ascending and beating the Dragon's Lair. However, you can get a few pieces of this armor in the desert from collecters before you get to the Forge.

I know of the gloves outside "A. Rock" and the boot in Arid Sea. Does any of you know of other pieces?

When is the 400g range available?
