Ok so I came up with this air elementalist / necro build, which I'd like some advice on before I try it out (both pve and pvp):

Class: Elementalist / Necromancer

Assumed items:
+2 to Air Magic

Attributes: (cost)
Energy Storage: 10 (61)
Air Magic: 11+2 (77)
Blood Magic: 1 (1)
Death Magic: 10 (61)

Total attribute points used: 200/200

Skills:
1) Lightning Strike - (5,1,5) Strike target foe for 44 lightning damage. This spell has 25% armor penetration.
2) Blinding Flash - (15,3/4,4) Target enemy is blinded for 10 seconds.
3) Virulence (elite) - (5,1,10) If target foe was already suffering from a condition, that foe suffers from disease and weakness for 11 seconds. This is an elite skill.
4) Lightning Orb - (15,2,5) Lightning Orb flies towards target foe and strikes for 88 lightning damage if it hits. This spell has 25% armor penetration.
5) Lightning Javelin - (10,1,5) Send out a Lightning Javelin that strikes for 45 lightning damage if it hits. If Lightning Javelin strikes an attacking foe, that foe is interrupted. This spell has 25% armor penetration.
6) Plague Touch - (5,3/4,0) Transfer a negative condition from yourself to target touched foe.
7) Soul Feast - (10,1,0) Exploit nearest corpse to steal 203 health.
8) Air Attunement - (10,2,60) For 57 seconds, you are attuned to air. You gain 30% of the energy cost of the spell whenever you use Air Magic.

Skills I was thinking I might swap something for (such as Soul Feast):
-Necrotic Traversal
-Deathly Swarm
-Deathly Chill
-Death Nova
-Aura of Restoration

I figured I would target single foes at a time, preferably melee, with the intent of disabling multiple targets or nuking one. Blind --> Virulence would be my main tool, but I put in Plague touch to use enemy conditions against them, and have thought of traversal or death nova as a secondary condition.

I don't know how well this would all work, so any review would be nice.

Mana will be a huge problem, even with air attunement on. I know, because I am running a similar build. You will dish out insane amounts of damage while your mana lasts, but once you reach zero it will be a painfully long wait every time until you see that "15" appear so you can either use orb of flash. I'm still trying to find a way to provide me with more energy, without having to waste an elite doing so.
Air elementalists are great fun though, especially in pvp. I can take on pretty much any build with my air ele (including mesmers through the use of Gale, though exhaustion does hurt after a few Gales..), but I especially love to completely annihilate Wa/Mo's :p
