GW lags so much!

I got the game a few days ago..and im obsessed..but my only problem with it is it lags so freaking much. Its not even funny...i have a 300k connection...and this game lags too much to believe, and my friends wanting it for his computer cos it supposedly works alright on dial up..but i dunno...its way too laggy for dial up...maybe theres something wrong with our internet? cos we have 2 copies on 2 different computers, ones an E machine, and the other was pretty much just built, and one has an nvidia geforce 4 fx 5200 asylum, and the e machine has a radeon all in wonder...so i dont think its the video card. Someone help out please...

oh, dear, i knew this would happen some day. you have COMPLETELY confused lag (latency and packetloss - poor network performance) with choppiness (low framerate, long pauses - poor game performance).

you'll have to clarify which one you are actually talking about here before anyone can help you. GW's servers do not lag, by the way. i do get occasional lag bursts, but i think that's my own network's fault because i don't recall that they happened while i played at home.

Im totally sure that its lag, im not getting them confused. Because it gets worse when we have more people online in our network. We have a ps2 and 3 computers in our network, and if i play gw alone, it lags, and thenwith more people online playing games, it lags even more. and i know its not system preformance, both of our computers are pretty good.
