Tactics skills

I've been thinking about making a warrior build that can tank real well using tactics, however I haven't seen any tactics skills yet with a M/W I've been playing. Are they just hard to find or am I looking in the wrong places? Also, are they worth it? I figured with Bonetti's, Riposte and others, I could tank real well and still do good damage.

Some staple Tactics skills are Bonetti's, Watch Yourself!, Gladiator's and Healing Signet. The rest are just icing on the cake.
