well i'm glad you asked. . . I did heavy research in beta to come up with some pretty serious solo combos.

I found rangers to be the most versitile.
You can heal, do aoe damage, block incomming attacks, and snipe about as well as other classes.
What makes a ranger unique is their trapping skills, their pet, and their expertise attribute bonus.

With Rangers its all about the combos. If you just throw together random attacks you'll suck, You'll do ****ty damage, and you won't be able to take many hits.

Build your Ranger right however and you'll be able to take a bigger beating than any warrior, kill people faster than a mage, and support your team better than your monk.

I've got it down so that my ranger/monk can pretty much handle is own against one warrior in PvP, but as soon as two get on me it's all over.
