Where do I get Signet of Capture? Have I missed it? Please help.

I cannot recall the Lady's name. But in LA there is a person you speak to that gives you one. That is the first one that I know of. You have a bit togo before you go there. I need to do some of the side quests in the Yuks area so if you need a hand getting to LA, give me a holler.

Magi Malaquire has a quest in Lion's Arch. You get one SoC for starting the quest and another for completing it (though the SoC quest is the second in a chain).

Quarrel Falls and Denravi have unlimited SoC for sale.

If you mean where in Lion's Arch, hold down Alt while running around.

Lion's Arch as you go to town press ALT so you can see all NPC name within view. :)
